DiscipleShip Cove

But Jesus called the children to him and said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these" (Luke 18:16 NIV).

Jesus considered little children important enough to come to Him.  Here at Redeemer, we want to do the same.

We encourage family worship by having our kids stay in the service during the worship and Scripture-reading portions of the service.

During the sermon, we offer classes for our children, divided by age group: Little Cove (pre-kindergarten through 1st Grade) and Big Cove (2nd through 5th Grade). Our trained Cove teachers lead participating children in an age-appropriate time of worship, study, and play.   We want the children at Redeemer to have just as much of a chance to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ as our adult members.  Of course, any children who would like to stay in the service to listen to the sermon with their families are welcome to do so!

Safety is paramount. Our DiscipleShip Cove team workers are prescreened with background and CPS checks and always teach in teams of two.  And in response to Covid, we have taken necessary precautions of safety and sanitation to ensure the health of our families.

Jeremy and Betty Domanski are our DiscipleShip Cove leaders. If you have questions or would like to volunteer please contact Betty at jeremyandbetty@gmail.com.
